I have decided to stop getting my hopes up for weekends.
I have also decided to not talk about what I want to happen. I should just keep my mouth shut because apparently when I speak these wishes out loud, they immediately do NOT come true.

ReplyDeleteI have learned this with relationships. When I really like a guy and I want it to go somewhere...I DO NOT speak about that out loud. B/c every single time I do...poof! It goes kerplooey.

ReplyDeleteYeah I do that (not talk about it) until I just have to or I'll explode. But I think I do a decent job at keeping one hand in reality with the other on my hopes. Does that make any sense?
